Purpose – This study aimed to determine the determinants of employee performance at Zainoel Abidin General Hospital, and how it affects this hospital. In addition, find out whether extra role can serve as a moderating variable on influence high-performance work practices performance. Design/methodology/approach The sampling technique used in is simple probability sampling. sample count 217, calculated using Slovin formula with an error rate 5%.
